The work itself is individual. Apprentices meet one another only at annual retreats and in-person workshops.
A structured, year-long apprenticeship in living. Built around blocks and sets — a curriculum that moves through specific terrain over the year. One monthly call with your mentor. Daily communication from mentor to mentee through our platform and email. Assignments, tasks, and opportunities for exchange.
The curriculum is the form. The work is yours. One full year. Not a six-week course. Not a quarter. A year, because the work asks for one.
The same year-long relationship with your mentor, at a closer cadence. Weekly one to one calls instead of monthly. Two emergency calls reserved for the moments that need them. Additional weekly support and attention through the platform and email.

A small number of private experiences are offered each year, by invitation only. Reserved for community apprentices who have demonstrated readiness through their work in the apprenticeship or the one to one path.
