A SCHOOL FOR LIFE

Elevate

A 52-week private practice for the work of becoming the person you actually want to be.

Private By invitation 2026
I · MANIFESTO

A school for the parts of life that don't have schools.

Sleep. Food. Money. Movement. Attention. Relationships. Purpose. The repeating, ordinary decisions that compound, over years, into the person you become.

The work that actually changes a life is the work that gets done in unglamorous repetition, with someone outside your head pointing at things you've stopped seeing.

Elevate is slow on purpose. A year of small, consistent inputs designed to outlast the version of you that wanted a quick fix. The bet is patient. The work is daily. The horizon is long enough to matter.

WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

II · THE PATH

You were never meant to walk alone.

The work of becoming yourself — the slow, repeating work of attention, of discipline, of remembering who you are when no one is watching — has been done inside community for as long as humans have existed. Teachers. Mentors. Witnesses. Fellow travelers walking the same road, a few paces ahead or behind.

Modernity took that work and privatized it. Called it self-help. Sold it back to you in courses, books, weekend retreats, and apps that ping you at 6am. The sale was incomplete. The aloneness was the problem, not the technique.

Elevate is small on purpose. One mentor. One student. A year of patient, daily attention. Not a course. Not a community of strangers. A practice you walk inside, with someone walking beside you.

III · THE WORK

What it is. Who it's for.

WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS

A 52-week private practice. Not a course.

One mentor walking alongside one student. Daily letters that respond to your specific life — not a curriculum, not a syllabus, not a series of modules to "complete."

  • NOTa course. There is no graduation.
  • NOTcoaching. The questions go far beyond performance.
  • NOTtherapy. The work is forward-facing, not archival.
  • NOTa community. There is no group chat, no shared cohort to compare yours against.

It is a private year. Slow on purpose. Quiet on the surface. Designed to outlast the version of you that wanted a quick fix.

WHO IT'S FOR

People in the second half of building something.

A career, a marriage, a body of work. People who've started to notice that the things they assumed would compound are no longer compounding — and aren't sure what to do about it.

People who've already done the courses, the retreats, the workshops, the therapy. People who don't need more information. They need someone who knows them paying attention to them, weekly, for long enough that change becomes inevitable.

People who can commit a year. Not "give it a try." Commit. The kind of person who, when they say yes, means it. People who want their next decade to be different from their last decade — and are willing to do quiet, daily work to make it so.

If that's you, you'll know.
IV · THE RHYTHM

Small inputs, every day, for a year.

MON–FRI
A daily letter
Five minutes to read. One small task. One question to sit with. Tailored to who you actually are, not a template.
SUNDAY
A check-in
Five questions, five minutes. Your answers shape next week's letters. The hinge of the whole system. Honest is more useful than complete.
SCHEDULED
90 minutes with your mentor
Long-form 1:1 calls, scheduled at the cadence your year requires. The conversation you can't get in a feed — depth, time, full attention.
V · FOUNDING COHORT · 2026

Ten seats. By invitation only.

Year one is a build year. The first ten are founders, not customers — figuring out what this school is by living it.

VI · IF YOU'RE READING THIS

The first conversation happens privately.

Elevate is by invitation only. There is no public application. No form to fill out. No waitlist to join.

If your invitation has reached you, the path forward is clear.

If it hasn't, this isn't the year — and that's its own answer.
